What is F&I Job Placement Assistance?

F&I Job Placement Assistance is when an F&I School assists their students in finding employment after graduation. Our Career Development Department (CDD) runs our F&I Job Placement Assistance program. The goal of the program is to help graduating students start their career in the automotive industry.

How much does it cost?

F&I Job Placement Assistance is included as part of our F&I Certification. There is no extra fee or charge. Our career development department will network with dealerships in your area, provide guidance and improve your resume, prepare you with interview skills, and assist you in finding work within the automotive industry.

How does it work?

Our job placement director will help you:

  • Craft a professional resume.
  • Contact dealerships in your area looking for an F&I Manager.
  • Advocate on your behalf, showcasing your test scores and F&I Certification.
  • Assist you in obtaining interviews!

It can be a daunting task to find an employer who is willing to give you a chance. But with the weight of Finance Manager Training behind you, you can feel a lot better!

We will contact dealerships in your area that are looking for a finance manager, and negotiate an interview on your behalf.

Armed with your stellar test scores and freshly minted F&I Certification, you will likely find that the process was easier than expected.

NOTE: While it is our utmost goal, FMT does not guarantee employment to our graduates. While we assist in any way possible, it is the students’ responsibility to go to the interviews, supply a resume, and work with our staff to obtain employment.
